Brand Rep Contract

By becoming a Brand representative for Taylor Made Craft Co., you agree to the terms and conditions below:

The Contract Period

The Brand Rep contract is continual until you or Taylor Made Craft Co. dissolves your contract.
Reps will be evaluated every 3 months. Evaluations will be based on sales, creativity, and compliance with the predefined guidelines.

Don't forget that every month you're enrolled, there is a mandatory monthly purchase.

A lack of purchase makes you ineligible to participate in games and giveaways and could also result in termination.

What’s Required As A Brand Rep

ONE mandatory purchase per month of an active contract (within first 5 business days)
Have an active TikTok, Instagram and/or Facebook account.
Actively participates with Taylor Made Craft Co. social media accounts, including but not limited to liking photos, commenting under posts, sharing posts, etc.
Promotes the brand on or via your own social media platforms through photography or video of merchandise from Taylor Made Craft Co. Depending on the tier, individually created content may be required.
Please make sure photos are clear and company is tagged in all captions in posts (not photos). Photos MUST BE clear, professional, and high-quality.
Reps must submit their photos to brandrep@taylormadecraftco.com.
Promotes and shares company announcements such as promotions, contests, launches, and events. These will count towards the monthly post count unless individually created content is required.
You must submit reviews monthly for your purchases or items currently owned by the brand.
Reps may not rep for a similar brand or company while actively repping for Taylor Made Craft Co.
Taylor Made Craft Co. reserves the right to use any and all photos on all social media accounts, promotional flyers, and all advertisements.

What are the benefits for the Brand Rep

ONE mandatory purchase per month of an active contract (within the first 5 business days) initiates your discount to be used towards your entire order. Your discount can be used multiple times per month.
A unique code to offer a discount to your friends and family through the duration of your term.
Depending on the rep tier, commission is paid via store credit or cash payment.
Insider updates and first dibs on Taylor Made Craft Co. news and releases
Exposure on Taylor Made Prints social media accounts and website.

End of Contract

We have the right to withdraw you from the contract at any time without question if we find you are not abiding by all the terms and conditions. Any slanderous, malicious, or inappropriate behavior from a rep will result in automatic and complete termination. Contracts can be renewed after an evaluation.
